Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or engaging Zion Property Management's services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, clients, and any person who accesses or uses the website in any way — regardless of whether they have formally engaged Zion's services.
Use of this website from outside India is permitted, but you remain responsible for compliance with local laws in your jurisdiction. Zion makes no representation that the website or its content is appropriate or available for use in all locations.
Services Overview
Zion Property Management provides the following categories of services, subject to separate written service agreements:
End-to-end rental property management including tenant sourcing, rent collection, and maintenance coordination.
Finding and placing reliable long-term tenants for residential and commercial properties.
Property transaction assistance including legal verification, documentation, and registration guidance.
Property renovation, interior design, and pre-rental upgrade packages.
Scheduled and emergency property repairs, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
Physical surveillance, GPS-tagged visits, and legal anti-encroachment protection for plots.
Boundary fencing installation and IP-based CCTV systems with remote monitoring.
Trained, police-verified security personnel deployment and security audits.
NRI airport pickup, property site visit coordination, and investor city tours.
Landscaping, turf management (Zion Ownership Model), and commercial grounds maintenance.
Structural assessment, AutoCAD design, fabrication, and installation of steel, timber, and prefab roof trusses.
All services are subject to availability in your area, separate service agreement terms, and applicable fees. Zion reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or expand services at any time with reasonable notice.

When using our website or services, you agree to:
Service Agreement
Engagement of Zion's property management or other services is governed by a separate written Service Agreement executed between you and Zion. In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Service and a specific Service Agreement, the terms of the Service Agreement shall prevail for that specific service.
No service engagement is binding until a written service agreement is signed by both parties. Verbal commitments or WhatsApp conversations do not constitute a binding service agreement.
Zion's responsibilities are limited to those explicitly described in the signed Service Agreement. Any work outside this scope requires a written amendment and may be subject to additional fees.
Fees & Payment
Service fees are as agreed in the written Service Agreement. The following payment terms apply unless otherwise specified:
Intellectual Property
All content on zionpropertymanagement.in — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, service descriptions, design, code, and photographs — is the intellectual property of Zion Property Management and is protected under applicable Indian copyright and trademark law.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Zion Property Management shall not be liable for:
Indirect or Consequential Loss
Loss of profits, loss of rental income, property devaluation, or any other indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
Third-Party Actions
Damage caused by tenants, contractors, neighbours, government authorities, or any other third party — beyond what is explicitly covered in the Service Agreement.
Force Majeure Events
Loss or damage resulting from floods, earthquakes, fires, riots, government actions, pandemics, or other events beyond Zion's reasonable control.
Website Errors
Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in website content, technical failures, or data loss arising from website use.
In any event, Zion's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from a specific service engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Zion for that specific service in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zion Property Management, its directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your breach of these Terms of Service
- False or misleading information provided to Zion
- Your violation of any applicable Indian law or third-party right
- Any property transaction carried out based on your instructions that results in legal dispute
- Fraud or misrepresentation committed by you or with your knowledge
Termination
Either party may terminate a Service Agreement as per the notice provisions in that agreement. In addition, Zion reserves the right to:
Temporarily suspend your access to services if you are in breach of these Terms or in default of payment, pending resolution.
Terminate services without notice if you engage in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct that cannot be remedied.
On termination, all unpaid fees become immediately due. Clauses covering IP, liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.
Governing Law
Indian Law — Coimbatore Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Subject to the dispute resolution clause below, the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or any Zion service engagement.
These Terms are drafted and interpreted under Indian law, including but not limited to the Indian Contract Act 1872, Consumer Protection Act 2019, Information Technology Act 2000, Transfer of Property Act 1882, and the Registration Act 1908.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from these Terms or any Zion service, the following process applies:
Both parties will attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith direct negotiation. Contact: info@zionpropertymanagement.in.
If direct negotiation fails, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India). The seat of arbitration shall be Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The language of arbitration shall be English.
If arbitration fails or is inapplicable, either party may pursue litigation exclusively in the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
Amendments
Zion reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will:
- Update the "Effective date" at the top of this page
- Post a notice on our website homepage for 30 days
- Notify active clients via email where required by applicable law
Your continued use of this website or our services after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using our website and services.
